OUR SERVICES

Furthermore, our company, in addition to various types of packaging, also offers related services.

These services are as follows:
  • Hot Stamping
  • Hot stamping is the technique of applying mirror quality metallic decoration on bottles, jars and closures. Colored foils (usually golden or silver) are applied to the surface using of heat, pressure and dye. This is the most popular and elegant method to achieve a 'shiny' metallic decoration on any part of container. Hot stamping can be rolled onto a package, as in the application of 360° bands or stamped by using the stencil.

  • Metallization
  • Vacuum metalizing is a process that produces a shiny, metallic finish on containers or caps. The most common metal used in vacuum metallization is aluminium, combined with a non-metallic part of package through evaporation. The metalized parts of packages can have a highly reflective finish or can be used in conjunction with other processes, like coating or laminating, to create a decorative effect. With this method pulls off various metallic effects such as high-grade steel, aluminum, antique brass or gold. Metals used when metalizing are easy to recycle and the process is more cost effective and environmentally friendly than electroplating, or chrome painting.

  • Screen printing
  • Screen printing is the most common method for decorating any part of packages with a variety of decorating effects. A screen is made from digital image, using a photographic technique. Ink is forced through a photographically treated screen and applied to the surface of container. Each color is applied separately. Screen printing is particularly economical for small runs and one-color decoration. It is also available for oval shaped containers (by one-color printing of front and back surface) and closures - on the top or the sides.
